In other words…I’m a speaker, writer, motivator, creator and collaborator.

I’m a bridge between the academic and the human, inviting people to explore the good, bad, downright ugly, and beautiful sides of connection. All. The. Things. I’m an emotional translator, empowering people to give words to their feelings, step into courage, and create a life + love they’ll look back on with a resounding “f*ck yes.”

Most of all, I’m a human being. I just happen to say most of the things that people tend to keep to themselves.

My Story

I’ve been the awkward kid, the pretty boy, the brokenhearted guy, the womanizer, the corporate ladder climber, the white picket fence chaser, the partier, the intellectual, the poet, and now…I am me.

Sparked by a pivotal heartbreak, I have learned with time to let go of the life that I was taught to want. Through curious vulnerability, I’ve unmasked my inner truths as a communicator, partner and human. The journey hasn’t come easily, freely or simply, but it’s been one hell of a beautiful ride.

Today, I’m sharing the journey of finding my own truths and helping others uncover theirs – on stage, online and on the air. I bring 20+ years of experience in sales, teamwork and leadership, brand launches and positive psychology to my work (and the occasional dirty joke).
