Full biometric testing, blood panels, and a DEXA scan at the start. Then build the physical infrastructure that your mission demands.
Reclaim what was never properly handed to you: provision, protection, sovereignty, and the sacred duty of the masculine.
Examine the beliefs, patterns, and emotional imprinting that have shaped how you relate to women, to comfort, to need, and to yourself. Then heal them.
Learn from the men and traditions that carry the oldest knowledge of what it means to become fully initiated into manhood.
The kind forged in difficulty, honesty, and shared thresholds. Not networking. Not a peer group. A true band of brothers.
Including the things numbing your sensitivity, killing your vitality, and keeping you locked in a loop. Your vices numb your brilliance.
This is where the months of work become initiation. Held deep in the Nordegg region and the open lands of Alberta, surrounded by mountains, rivers, and terrain that has held men in ceremony for thousands of years.
Everything we've curated is intention. This landscape is the teacher.
the culminating retreat
Travel through the Columbia Icefields. The journey itself is the practice. Nourished, present, and moving through one of the most extraordinary landscapes on earth together as a group.
We will pursue and hunt wild bison. And then we'll learn how to honour the animal and process it ancestrally, together. It will be a beautiful experience of men providing for themselves and each other. One of the oldest masculine acts. The dinner that night is earned. Cooked together. Eaten in full gratitude and presence.
We'll hold the wound of provision, protection, and sovereignty in ceremony. Sweat lodge guided by an Indigenous elder. Tobacco. Prayer. The lineage of manhood, honoured and passed forward.
Full-day survival training. Bowmanship and marksmanship. This is such an integral part of what it means to be confident in your ability to protect and provide.
MARK GROVES
Mark Groves spent over twenty-five years studying the mechanics of human connection — not just academically, but through the wreckage and revelations of his own relationships. What began as a deeply personal reckoning with patterns, wounds, and the stories we inherit, became the foundation of one of the most trusted voices in the world on authentic connection and the human experience.
Through his platform Create The Love, his wildly popular podcast, and his work reaching millions across social media, Mark has spent over a decade helping people understand why they love the way they love and what it costs to keep abandoning themselves to do it. His work sits at the intersection of attachment science, emotional depth, and the radical permission to become who you actually are.
In a world getting seemingly more digital, Mark is focused on bringing people back into connection and recalibrating their relationship both to technology and each other.
As a husband, father, and man who has done the hard interior work himself, Mark brings to this mastermind a commitment to coherence, integrity, and a hard-won map, the kind that only gets drawn by walking through the fire, not around it.
Branden Collinsworth has spent more than two decades and over 30,000 coaching sessions helping people rebuild themselves from the ground up, work he learned firsthand surviving gang violence, homelessness, and his own mental health struggles in East Las Vegas.
He built award-winning gyms in Las Vegas and became one of the only trainers in the world signed to Nike, where he co-created Nike Yoga and was named a US Ambassador of Yoga by India’s Ministry of AYUSH. A seven-year pilgrimage across six countries grounded his work in the physical, psychological, and spiritual traditions that have initiated men for centuries. In 2016 he founded Warrior Retreats, which has guided more than 350 people and directed over $350,000 into the communities in Peru that host the work.
A keynote speaker, TED alumnus, and doctoral student in neuroscience, he has spent his life fusing human performance, applied psychology, somatic healing, and ancestral wisdom into a single body of work. The science of transformation in one hand, the practices that have forged men for generations in the other. It is the same rigor that rebuilt his own life, and it is what he brings to every man who steps onto this ground.

OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE
Full biometrics, a blood panel, and a DEXA scan open the container. We see exactly where you stand, then we build from hard data.
Every man receives a customized performance protocol, tracked month over month across the seven months. Strength, sleep, recovery, vitality.
You will learn to work with your own nervous system, so presence and power become a capacity you own and command at will.
A Whoop tracker, a Brick, and a Daylight computer. The instruments of regulation, so the change holds when you go home.
