Back for the second time is my good friend, Nick Solaczek. Nick is a relationship coach and teacher specializing in romantic relationships with an emphasis on safe conversations, conscious relationship principles, mindfulness, authenticity and boundary setting. Nick works closely with IMAGO theory in his practice, believing that the image we project has a significant influence on who we are attracted to and how we show up in our relationship.
The Multiamory Podcast was created by Emily Matlack, Dedeker Winston, and Jase Lindgren in 2014 to fill the lack of voices about polyamory who were young and accessible to a modern audience. They were also tired of hearing all the same old, traditional, sometimes toxic dating advice. After years of creating episodes, connecting with listeners, and growing an amazing community, they have broadened their own views on relationships and are now helping people in a wide variety of relationship formats from polyamory, to monogamy, to Relationship Anarchy.
Today I'm honoured to be joined by the man, the myth, the legend: Aubrey Marcus. Aubrey is the founder of Onnit, a lifestyle brand based on a holistic health philosophy he calls Total Human Optimization. Aubrey also currently hosts the Aubrey Marcus Podcast, a motivational destination for conversations with the brightest minds in athletics, business, mindset and spirituality with over 35 million downloads on iTunes. He regularly provides commentary to outlets like Entrepreneur, Forbes, The Tim Ferriss Show, and The Joe Rogan Experience. He has been featured on the cover of Men’s Health, is the host of the Fit For Service Fellowship, and is the author of the NYT Bestselling book Own The Day, Own Your Life from HarperCollins.
Today’s guest is not only a good friend, but an excellent teacher in the space of romantic relationships whom I’ve had the honour of watching grow as both a human and coach. Nick Solaczek is an IMAGO Relationship Coach and one of my go-to recommended coaches to help people discover a more fulfilling experience of being in romantic relationship. He works internationally with individuals and couples who want to take their life and their relationships to the next level.
This week I’m joined once again by the brilliant Jayson Gaddis. Jayson is an incredible author, relationship expert and coach who teaches the one class we didn’t get in school – “How To Do Relationships.” Jayson leads one of the most in-depth and comprehensive relationship educational programs and trains relationship coaches all over the world. He’s also the host of The Relationship School Podcast with over 5 million downloads and published his first book, Getting to Zero, in October 2021.
