Pause & cancellation terms





ALIGNED™ Community Membership




MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP: Monthly members pay for access to the ALIGNED™ community on a monthly basis. This fee renews automatically each month on the same day as your original subscription date.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP: Annual members pay for the full year of the ALIGNED™ community in advance. This fee renews automatically each year on the anniversary of your original subscription date.

How to Pause Your Membership:
  • Members may PAUSE their membership for one or three months by filling out this form before their next scheduled billing date.
  • If you do not know this date, please email us at hello@markgroves.com
  • At the end of your next billing cycle, your membership will be paused and your access to ALIGNED™ will be temporarily revoked.
  • No membership fees will be collected while your membership is paused.
  • Your access to ALIGNED™ will automatically restart in one or three months and on this date, payment collection will also restart.
  • Following your restart date, you will continue to be automatically charged on that date every month to retain your membership access.
  • Once you submit the form above, a team member will be in touch to confirm the pausing of your membership.

How to Cancel Your Membership:
  • Members may CANCEL their membership by filling out this form before their next scheduled billing date.
  • If you do not know this date, please email us hello@markgroves.com
  • If you cancel with time left in your billing period, you can access ALIGNED™ until the end of the billing period.
  • After that, your membership to the ALIGNED™ community will be revoked and no further fee will be collected.
  • You're also forfeiting your pricing tier meaning should you opt to rejoin us in future you will be subject to the active pricing at that time.
  • While you can cancel your membership which will ensure there’s no further billing, we do not offer refunds or credits of any kind.
  • Once you submit the form above, a team member will be in touch to confirm the cancellation of your membership.

For All Pauses and Cancellations:
  • Without a pause or cancellation request via the forms above before your next scheduled billing date, memberships will auto-renew.
  • Any pause or cancellation requests received on your billing date or after will not be honoured and you will be charged. We do not offer refunds or credits of any kind and the pausing or cancellation will take effect on the following billing date.

The ALIGNED™ customer care team works Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm Pacific Time. If you request a cancellation outside of regular business hours, this may result in your next billing cycle being charged.

refund terms




New Members Only: While we do not anticipate buyer's remorse, we do understand that from time to time the ALIGNED™ Community might not meet your needs. In the event that you do not believe ALIGNED™ is a fit, we are happy to offer a refund up to 48 hours after your first membership payment. If you need a refund, please send an email to hello@markgroves.com to begin the refund process. After this 48-hour period, all membership fee payments are final and will not qualify for a refund.

Other than the new member exception, we do not offer refunds or credits of any kind for recurring membership payments - it is the member's responsibility to cancel before their next scheduled billing date.

About ALIGNED™ 




ALIGNED™ is not intended to be a replacement for Therapy, but it can be a powerful complement to it. If you have unresolved trauma, our content may be triggering as it may bring up painful past memories. If you have any painful past trauma that has not been treated and negatively impacts your life, please consider speaking with a therapist before registering. Emails



If you’re not seeing our emails, please check your spam/junk and promotions folders. If you still don’t see them, reach out to hello@markgroves.com.
payments


If your payment doesn’t go through, we will notify you and you will also receive a notification from Stripe or PayPal. After several missed attempts to retry the charge, your access will be automatically revoked and we will notify you of this.

If you registered using a credit card on the checkout page and need to update your payment information, please email us at hello@markgroves.com. If you purchased using PayPal, you can log in directly to PayPal and adjust the payment method for the recurring payment plan under Create The Love/Mark Groves.

We use the Mighty Networks platform for our community. If you’re having any trouble accessing it, please contact us at hello@markgroves.com.


login issues
If you’re seeing a login error that says “incorrect address," your email was likely entered incorrectly. Please contact hello@markgroves.com and include your name and the email address you signed up with and we will fix it for you.


courses
All Create The Love courses are not available for individual purchase, but are included in the ALIGNED™ membership. You will have access to them for as long as you are a member.

Coaching + Certification



Mark is no longer offering private coaching sessions, but he has a handful of coaches he trusts and recommends. To find out more about these coaches and to apply, please head here for more details. All of our coaches are kickass humans who can help you step into your healing.

We do not currently have a coaching certification program. Please sign up for Mark's newsletter to be notified of new offerings.

Emergency Support
