This week I’m joined by yoga teacher, author and my friend, Jennifer Pastiloff. In this episode we discuss how to live from a place of love, accepting and being true to yourself, self-compassion, finding beauty in unexpected places and so much more.

Jen Pastiloff offers a unique style of teaching through her workshop “On Being Human”, which is based on her bestselling book of the same name.
