Summary

Our relationships and how happy we are within them has a powerful influence on our health, wellbeing and quality of life. In fact, in the Harvard Study of Adult Development which tracked the health of 268 sophomores over a period of 80 years, those who were the most satisfied in their relationships at age 50 were the healthiest at age 80. Surprise, surprise: close relationships are what keep us going and are better predictors of long and happy lives than social class, IQ or even genes.

With that in mind, I wanted to interview relational alchemist Stefanos Sifandos on the important topic of narcissism so you can feel more empowered as you navigate dating and your relationships in general. This episode is a sneak peek into Week Four of my Dating 101 course,  so if you’re ready to dive into the deep work of relational awareness and set the stage for heart-led, fulfilling relationships, head to datingisdope.com to sign up now!
